Data Strategy
Organizations inherently gather and utilize data to inform their operations. A strategic approach is indispensable for ensuring that data programs align with an organization's strategic and operational objectives. Internally, leadership must define the desired outcomes for specific programs and identify the data necessary to track progress toward those aims. Whether the aim is a public-facing dashboard or primarily internal utilization, a well-defined strategy can guide the collection, refinement, and dissemination of information to all relevant stakeholders.
Collected data from over 450 water utilities across the state and built a publicly accessible dashboard to better understand the impact of different policy regimes on potential subsidy levels for those struggling with paying for water services.
